• Returned by the customer at their own expense in perfect/new condition with box, papers, and warranty card

All Edouard Koehn shipments are sent via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. If a client prefers a no-signature shipment, a written email stating that they accept full responsibility for any theft or damage must be received by Edouard Koehn prior to shipment processing.
